Booking & Payment

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking. All prices are subject to availability and may change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges apply based on the time of cancellation relative to the travel date. Please refer to your booking confirmation for the specific cancellation terms applicable to your package.

Travel Documents

It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport, visa, and other travel documents are valid and meet the requirements of your destination. AIMS Tours provides guidance but cannot be held responsible for document issues.

Limitation of Liability

AIMS Tours acts as an intermediary for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by third-party providers or events beyond our reasonable control.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chhindwara, Madhya Pradesh.
